GetGroupDeal facilitates group-based buyer discovery and negotiations. It is not a party to any property purchase. Each buyer purchases independently and signs their own agreement with the developer.
No obligation
Registering interest or joining a group does not oblige you to buy, and does not create joint ownership or shared financial liability between group members.
Offers and information
