Step 1: Tell us what you are looking for
Share your preferred area in Gurugram (for example Dwarka Expressway, SPR, Golf Course Road or Extension, or New Gurugram), any specific project you like, your budget, flat size and when you plan to buy. Registering is free.
Step 2: We group buyers with similar requirements
We look for other buyers who want similar flats in the same project or area. A group is most useful when its members want broadly the same thing within a similar timeframe.
Know the project or area you want? Register now so we can include you when a group forms.
Step 3: We approach developers
When there is enough interest, we approach the developer on behalf of the group and ask for a group offer. The developer decides whether to make an offer and what it includes.
Step 4: You review the offer and decide
If the developer makes a group offer, we share it with you in writing. You can compare it with what you would get on your own, take advice, and decide. If you go ahead, you choose your flat and book directly with the developer under your own agreement.
What you should always check yourself
- The project's registration on the Haryana RERA website (haryanarera.gov.in)
- The full cost sheet, including all charges and taxes
- The agreement for sale, especially possession dates and what happens if there is a delay
- That payments go to the developer's account specified for the project
Our HARERA checklist covers these in more detail.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many buyers make a group?
There is no fixed number. It depends on the project and the developer. We will tell you when there is enough interest to approach a developer.
Can I leave the group?
Yes. Joining a group does not oblige you to buy, and you can tell us at any time that you no longer want to take part.
